<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool down LEDs and thermally separate the LEDs and a control part of them to be hardly thermally affected. <P>SOLUTION: The device is provided with a first casing for housing an LED substrate mounting the LEDs, a second casing for housing a control part controlling the LEDs, and a coupling member for coupling the casings to form a space opened toward outside between the first and second casings.
