<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupant protective device capable of preventing a secondary collision by integrally moving an occupant with a seat, by improving restraint of the occupant by rotating a seat back when detecting a side collision. <P>SOLUTION: When detecting the side collision, left-right driving means 20A and 20B relatively move a non-collision side seat rail inner 10c to the vehicle rear to a collision side seat rail inner 10c, can relieve stress in a load surface by receiving a part of a load acting from the side in a collision by a back face of the occupant by rotating a front face 4a becoming an occupant support surface of the seat back 4 so that the direction perpendicular to the front face 4a turns to the non-collision side, and increases frictional force between the seat back 4 and the occupant in proportion to vertical stress generated in the occupant from the seat back 4 by allowing the seat back 4 to surely interfere with the back face of the occupant, thereby improving occupant restricting capacity to prevent the secondary collision. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
