摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for monitoring air refining apparatus, capable of adequately discriminating a load variation or adsorbent deterioration. <P>SOLUTION: The method for monitoring air refining apparatus reproduces an absorbent by drawing out water content with heated regenerated air. In this method, the temperature of regenerated air introduced into an outlet of a cylindrical body is measured with a temperature sensor 40D in regenerating an absorbent and the temperature of the inside of the cylindrical body is measured with a temperature sensor 40E, and the temperature of discharged regenerated air is measured with a temperature sensor 40F. When a first time elapses after regeneration start, deterioration diagnosis of the absorbent is performed based on the comparison of a temperature difference of temperatures measured by each of the temperature sensors 40D, 40E with a first reference temperature difference. When the deterioration diagnosis determines that the absorbent is not proper and a second time elapses after regeneration start, absorbent deterioration or an increase in loading amount is determined based on comparison of a temperature difference of temperatures measured by each of the temperature sensors 40D, 40F with a second reference temperature difference. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
