PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize fluctuated propagation characteristics caused by vibration propagation characteristics inside a conical shape and affection of reflection at ends even though a vibration preventive structure adopting a multistage spike structure is proposed from the viewpoint of vibration removing means such as suppressing or removing vibration generated in audio equipment and an absorber 1 that reduces electric noise and a method for utilizing the same. SOLUTION: The absorber 1 has liquid 3 such as organic solvents or polymer materials filled in a pouched (pack) or tubular sealed container 2. Particularly, the liquid is excellent in performance removing noise related to a power supply or noise related to vibration sources such as speakers and significantly improves the sound quality of the audio equipment.
