摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate rush current generated when one of the multi-parallel connection battery devices (battery packs or battery pack modules) are exchanged. SOLUTION: A first switch SW1 is changed over to either a first state having one of the electrodes of a first battery device connected to a first connecting line, a second state of non-connection, or a third state of connection through a resistor. A second switch SW2 is changed over to one of a first state having one of the electrodes of a second battery device connected to the first connecting line, a second state of non-connection, or a third state of connection through a resistor. A management device 50 changes the first and the second switches from the first state to the second state in response to a battery exchange start signal, and changes from the second state to the third state in response to a battery exchange end signal, and makes the third state returned to the first state in response to a uniformalization end signal showing that uniformalization between the first and the second batteries has finished.
