PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent floating from the bottom-side spacer of permanent magnets, when a small projection of the bottom-side spacer is pressed into parallel opening between the permanent magnets. SOLUTION: A small-projection press-in surface 31d, forming a parallel clearance 32 between the permanent magnets, is formed on both end faces in the peripheral direction of each permanent magnet 31, and chamferings 31a, reaching the small projection press-in surfaces 31d, are formed at quadrilateral four corners surrounded by both end faces 31c in the outside-diameter side peripheral directions of the permanent magnets 31 and at both end faces 31b in the axial directions of the permanent magnets 31, and an escape space accommodating shavings or deformations of each small projection 41c at small projection pressing-in is formed.
