PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notebook for easily releasing stress. SOLUTION: The notebook for burning is obtained by: showing such an explanation that the notebook is for releasing stress by writing a minus image such as unpleasantness, anger, dissatisfaction, discomfort, or the like he/she feels at present in a page of the notebook, and breaking and burning the page; and forming perforations in pages to be burnt so that the pages are easily broken.
