PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster-preventive isolating system reinforcing the disaster-preventive function such as the earthquake resistance by a simple structure with easy execution without newly installing any power supply cable of large capacity or any compressor of large capacity. SOLUTION: The disaster-preventive isolating system 20 at an LNG receiving terminal includes a disaster-preventive isolating valve 21 provided in an LNG pipe 2, and a closing device 22 for closing the disaster-preventive isolating valve 21 to isolate the LNG pipe 2. The closing device 22 includes a vaporization pipe 23 branched from the LNG pipe 2 to vaporize LNG by diverting a part of LNG flowing through the LNG pipe 2, a solenoid valve 25 provided downstream of the vaporization pipe 23, an actuator 26 to be operated by vaporized gas flowing in from the vaporization pipe 23, and a closing mechanism 27 for closing the disaster-preventive isolating valve 21 by the operation of the actuator 26.
