PURPOSE: An automatic electronic tax invoice collection system and method thereof are provided to prevent penalty due to the non-transmission of an electronic tax invoice by automatically collecting an electronic tax invoice that is stored in a smart card. CONSTITUTION: A seller electronic tax invoice applet of a seller smart card(200) issues electronic tax invoices including a digital signature. A storage module of the seller smart card stores electronic tax invoices. A seller mobile communication terminal(100) mounts the seller smart card. The seller mobile communication terminal communicates with an automatic collecting server(500) through a communication network. The automatic collecting server transmits the electronic tax invoice collection message to the seller mobile communications terminal.
