<p>PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a wiggle on a white light spectrum by removing an overcoat layer on a white sub pixel of a full color OLED. CONSTITUTION: A driving thin film transistor is formed on a first substrate(101) according to each sub pixel. R, G, and B color filters(123) are respectively formed on R, G, and B sub pixels. An overcoat layer(135) is formed on the upper side of the R, G, and B color filters. An organic electroluminescent diode(E) is formed in the sub pixel. A second substrate(102) is bonded with the first substrate at a preset distance.</p> |
