<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for growing aquatic plants, the structure of which can be simplified and to provide a method for growing aquatic plants. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for growing aquatic plants includes: a gas supply part 3 supplying carbon dioxide; a minute bubble-supply part 4 forming the carbon dioxide supplied from the gas supply part 3 into minute bubbles 53 and supplying them to aquatic plants 51 in the water; a pH sensor 6 detecting the pH value V<SB>pH</SB>of water 50 where the aquatic plants 51 are planted and outputting a pH value signal D<SB>pH</SB>; and a control part 8 switching the minute bubble-supply part 4 between a condition of supplying the minute bubbles 53 and a condition of stopping supplying them based on the pH value signal D<SB>pH</SB>input from the pH sensor 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
