PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping pit construction form which dispenses with removal and which can effectively prevent rainwater etc. from being accumulated in a concrete portion. SOLUTION: This piping pit construction form S is used to form a piping pit. The piping pit construction form S includes a top surface portion 11 which is formed in such a shape as to be at least partially constituted as a curved line, and a lateral surface portion 12 which almost vertically rises from a peripheral edge of the top surface portion 11; and the top surface portion 11 and the lateral surface portion 12 are formed of a soft and fragile material.
