PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost anisotropic conductive film preventing its film thickness lowered due to its thermocompression bonding and preventing degradation of reliability of connection between electrodes. SOLUTION: The anisotropic conductive film 1 contains conductive particles 2 and binder resin 3, with the conductive particles 2 in a particle size of 0.5μm or more and 10μm or less dispersed in the binder resin 3. Further, the anisotropic conductive film 1 is transferred on one of the pair of electrodes arranged in opposition, and later, the other electrode is thermally compressed on the anisotropic conductive film 1 transferred to connect between the electrodes. Here, in a heating temperature at the transfer, a storage modulus of the conductive particles 2 is higher than that of the binder resin 3, and is not more than 10.0 times that of the binder resin 3.
