PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve unevenness of lamination height of slurry, in manufacturing a microcasting mold by injecting slurry while the relative position of a nozzle and a substrate is moved. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing microcomponents, while relatively moving a nozzle for jetting slurry composed of fine ceramic particles and a substrate for receiving the jetted slurry in a predetermined direction, the slurry is jetted on a substrate, a ceramic particle layer of a predetermined pattern is formed on the substrate to produce a micro casting mold, and microcomponents are cast using the micro mold.
