PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static mixer which is composed by combining members each having a relatively simple structure. SOLUTION: The static mixer includes an outer wall 43 which partitions a cylindrical mixing space in which an inlet 471 and an outlet 472 open to one end and the other end, respectively, a plurality of baffles 44 and 45 which are laminated in the axial direction in the mixing space and have at least one communication hole at positions different in the spread direction from adjacent baffles, a ring-shaped spacer 46 which is held between the baffles 44 and 45, and a lid member 47 which holds a laminate comprising the baffles 44 and 45 and the spacer 46 in the axial direction of the mixing space and is fixed to the outer wall 43.
