PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resonance type oscillation circuit which has a wide frequency variable range, and to provide a semiconductor device equipped with the oscillation circuit. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a resonance type oscillation circuit including an inductance element connected between a first terminal and a second terminal; an amplification circuit connected in parallel with the inductance element between the first terminal and the second terminal; and a first capacitance element connected to the first terminal and the second terminal. Two or more lead-out regions are provided in the middle of wiring of the inductance element, and a switch element and a second capacitance element are connected in parallel, with the switch element being configured to short-circuit the two or more lead-out regions, when they are turned on between the lead-out regions.
