Disclosed is a static-type fluid mixer provided with: a main flow passage comprising a first flow passage (1) and a second flow passage (3); a zigzagging flow passage (2) which extends along the second flow passage (3) and communicates with the first flow passage (1) at one end while travelling back and forth in a zigzagging manner in such a way as to surround the periphery of the second flow passage (3); a plurality of communication flow passages (4a - 4g) which provide communication between the second flow passage (3) and the zigzagging flow passage (2) at a plurality of locations in the flow direction; a fluid inlet (5) which is provided at the end of the first flow passage (1) or the second flow passage (3); and a fluid outlet (6) which is provided at the end of the first flow passage (1) or the second flow passage (3) where the fluid inlet (5) is not provided.
