PURPOSE: A wireless communication device, a wireless communication system, a program and a wireless communication method are provided to access another group while maintaining the connection between wireless communication devices configuring the same group. CONSTITUTION: A memory(230) memorizes the relationship information for regulating the communication between first and second stations. The communication unit communicates with the second station and an access point. The communication unit maintains the communication relationship when initializing the communication with the access point. A detection unit(220) detects the frequency information which indicates the frequency used for the wireless communication with the access point.
