The claims and description relate to one of the arrangements disclosed in the parent Specification, wherein the body 11 of an electrical component, e.g. a capacitor, is made of thermoshrinkable material and carries at least one electrical element, 13 or 15, completely embedded in the body; and the body has a hole formed therein which may be lined with conductive material 17 prior to insertion of a conductive sleeve 21, the sleeve being secured by heating the body to shrink it on to the sleeve.
