<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal for entering a coverage of a small base station, a network apparatus, and a method for operating the same. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal includes: a communication part requesting a CSG selection to a network apparatus; a node search part for searching for a small base station upon receipt of a CSG selection response message corresponding to the request from the network apparatus; and a node entering part for camping on a small base station selected from among the searched small base stations and entering the selected small base station. The network apparatus controls small base stations, onto which the terminal can be connected, to operate in an active mode in which the small base station emits radio frequency (RF) signals, and controls small base stations which are not camped on by the terminal, among small base stations which operate in the active mode, to operate in an inactive mode in which the small base station does not emit RF signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
