RECOMBINANT Fc RECEPTOR AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polynucleotide for expressing an FcγRI extracellular region useful as an immunoactivity measuring reagent of an antibody as an active form, and a method for conveniently producing FcγRI using the same.

SOLUTION: There are disclosed: a polynucleotide added with a polynucleotide, encoding a signal peptide secreting a protein in the periplasmic space, at the 5' terminal end of a polynucleotide encoding an FcγRI extracellular region; an expression plasmid including the polynucleotide; and a transformant obtained by transforming a host using the plasmid. By using the transformant, the FcγRI having dissolvability and antibody binding activity can be conveniently produced.
