PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy various needs of a customer such as a combination of materials specific to the customer when receiving an order of a set of an agricultural/livestock/marine products for cooking material from the customer.

SOLUTION: A menu determination part 23 of a menu/order DB management device 2 determines a menu to be presented to the customer based on information on a stock DB 11 managed by a stock DB management device 1. Dish selection processing part 33 of a dish/material order reception device 3 proposes the menu based on information about a health condition, an allergy, a chronic disease, and the needs or the like of the customer. A material selection processing part 34 of the dish/material order reception device 3 prompts the customer to select a material and receives the order. A menu update part 24 of the menu/order DB management device 2 decides whether to update the menu stored in a menu DB 22 when the information of the stock DB 11 is updated, and updates the menu DB 22 when necessary.
