<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the endurance limit of an injection nozzle, to actualize higher injection pressure, and to reduce the amount of fuel consumption and the exhaust amount of an internal combustion engine. <P>SOLUTION: This method for machining the injection nozzle 1 is used for fuel supply. It proposes that a recessed portion of the injection nozzle 1 is filled with fluid having rheopexy or dilatant characteristics to improve the endurance limit of the injection nozzle 1. Autofrettaged pressure is applied to the fluid having rheopexy or dilatant characteristics. As a result, inner pressure is formed in the recessed portion of the injection nozzle 1 to improve the endurance limit of the injection nozzle 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
