摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the endurance limit of an injection nozzle, to actualize higher injection pressure, and to reduce the amount of fuel consumption and the exhaust amount of an internal combustion engine. <P>SOLUTION: This method for machining the injection nozzle 1 is used for fuel supply. It proposes that a recessed portion of the injection nozzle 1 is filled with fluid having rheopexy or dilatant characteristics to improve the endurance limit of the injection nozzle 1. Autofrettaged pressure is applied to the fluid having rheopexy or dilatant characteristics.
