<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To track user information which is transferred among business persons without providing a management server which intensively manages the track of the user information. <P>SOLUTION: Upon the transmission and reception of certificate data containing user information, an information management device makes a parent device ID and a child device ID associated with certificate data and stores and manages them in a link identifier as transfer link data and a device to which the certificate data including the user information is transmitted and received can be traced based on the link identifier.
