<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording device with high use efficiency of humidification vapor wherein the humidification vapor is properly supplied with the entire nozzle line regardless of movement of a recording head, and ink evaporation in the nozzle is prevented. <P>SOLUTION: The recording device includes a supply unit with the humidification section that supplies the humidification vapor near the nozzle line of the line-type recording head.
