PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corner panel and a mounting structure of the corner panel excelling in workability, high in the degree of design freedom and mounted to a skeleton with sufficient strength even in the case of needing to use an L-type corner panel with a small dimension from a long-side end face to an internal corner surface. SOLUTION: The corner panel 1b includes a panel body 11 forming a long side and a projecting part 12 forming a short side in an inequilateral L-shape cross section. The projecting amountδof the projecting part 12 is regulated to the thickness dimension (t) of the panel body 11 or less, and without fixing the projecting part 12 to the skeleton, only two upper and lower positions of the panel body 11 are fixed to the skeleton by a fitting 22 and a bolt 23 using an anchor 19 inserted in an anchor insertion hole 15.
