PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm a relation between an area (frame) and focal distance on a displaying means corresponding to an imaging range to be cut out. SOLUTION: An MPU 100 determines a layout of image data to be picked up by an imaging means (step S402), and stores focal distance in the layout in a storing means (step S403/YES). The MPU 100 displays a frame showing a range which offsets an image pickup range to be expanded by a prescribed amount of zoom control in a wide-angle direction with respect to an imaging range which can be obtained by the focal distance by superimposing the frame upon the image data of the layout.
