SINTERED METAL SHEET MATERIAL FOR ELECTROCHEMICAL MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintered metal sheet material for an electrochemical member, which has electroconductivity and is capable of uniformly passing a liquid substance from one side to the other side. SOLUTION: The sintered metal sheet material is made of a metal sintered compact prepared by sintering a metal powder and has a plurality of pores 12 dispersed therein with a porosity ratio of 10-50 vol.%. The average pore diameter of the pores 12 is 1-30μm and some of the plurality of pores 12 have their openings at a surface of the sintered metal sheet material. Preferably, the plurality of pores 12 dispersed inside the sintered metal sheet material partially communicate with each other. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
