PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of improving power conversion efficiency. SOLUTION: Provided is the semiconductor device which comprises a first switching element having a first gate electrode connected to first gate wiring and a first threshold voltage and a second switching element having a second gate electrode and a second threshold voltage whose absolute value is larger than that of the first threshold voltage where the second gate electrode is connected to a second gate wiring whose resistance per unit length is higher than that of the first gate wiring.
