PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform memory access. SOLUTION: The page error of a memory access request received from one or a plurality of bus masters is detected. When the page error is detected, a bank which has no dependency relationship with the memory access request with the page error occurring therein is determined. When a prefetch address is designated with respect to a page activated by the determined bank, the prefetch address is designated in the period of processing concerning the page error, thereby to issue a prefetch command.
