The system has a data processing unit (1) comprising a memory unit, which is connected with an input unit (2) and a display unit (3). A display unit has a display screen that is utilized for displaying the data, during inputting of the data. A data processing unit regulates input of the data using the input unit. The data processing unit specifies the type of data at an input mask, which is represented on the display unit. The data processing unit stores data in a storage unit in form of a file and enables accessing of data, during normal operation of the system. The data is selected from a group such as a facade type, age of building, stable supporting plate, photos, texts, information of safety measures, structural verification data, endoscope verification data, inductive scanning, core drilling, material verification, tensile verification, statistical calculation data, earning report data, remedial measures, heat insulation data, testing protocols, redevelopment proposals, cost estimation data, tendering data, construction monitoring activities and quality control data.
