VEHICLE-BODY INTEGRATED TEST BENCH

摘要

A vehicle-body integrated test bench comprises a vehicle-body static strength test device, a vehicle-body gas sealing strength test device, a coupler strength test device and a vehicle-body modal test device; strain gauges and displacement sensors are installed on the tested vehicle body, and connected with a data acquisition system; all kinds of railway vehicle tests can be performed on the said vehicle-body integrated test bench, such as vehicle-body static strength tests, vehicle-body steel structure vibration modal tests, vehicle-body part assembly vibration modal tests, vehicle-body gas sealing strength tests and key component strength tests; the said vehicle-body integrated test bench makes a test process more simple and manipulation more convenient.
