PURPOSE: A fermentation gas discharge control packing, and a stopper using thereof are provided to prevent the leakage of contents inside a fermented food container by properly sealing the container. CONSTITUTION: A fermentation gas discharge control packing includes a first synthetic resin film(10), a non-woven fabric layer(20), and a second synthetic resin film(30). The first and second synthetic resin films are selected from the group consisting of a polyethylene film, a polypropylene film, and a PP/PE laminate film. The non-woven fabric layer is formed with a non-woven fabric produced with polyester, polypropylene, or polyethylene. The first synthetic resin film includes an X shaped cut-out line for discharging fermentation gas.
