PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual computer system configured to easily change the structure of a job flow or data in a computer virtualized environment, to facilitate batch processing. SOLUTION: The system includes: a virtual machine control means 151 which changes the configuration of a plurality of virtual computers; a job flow generation means 152 which changes, in response to a configuration change of virtual computers, the virtual computers to execute each job; a data management means 154 which assigns a data file corresponding to a data label name preliminarily defined as a data file to be formed or referred to in each job, to a shared storage; a storage means 102 which stores a data location database 170 storing location information of the data file in association with the data label name; and a job flow execution means 153 which refers to the data management means for the location information corresponding to the data label name, and transmits it to the virtual computer which executes each job.
