PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device by which data can be correctly transferred even if a power supply voltage is reduced. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device is provided with: an output driver 100; and a characteristic switching circuit 18 which switches characteristics of the output driver 100. The characteristic switching circuit 18 makes a rise time and a fall time of an output signal of the output driver 100 when the power supply voltage VDDQ to be supplied to a power supply line is a first voltage VDDQ1 coincide with a rise time and a fall time of the output signal of the output driver 100 when the power supply voltage VDDQ supplied to the power supply line is a second voltage VDDQ2. Thus, an influence generated harmonic components or crosstalk is not increased even if the power supply voltage is reduced. In addition, since receiving conditions at the side of a receiver do are changed even if the power supply voltage is reduced, the transmission/reception of the signal is correctly performed irrespective of the power supply voltage.
