PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for equipment in which a crack occurring in a synthetic resin portion to cover a reinforcing plate is prevented and of which manufacturing cost is suppressed by insert molding of the reinforcing plate of metal. SOLUTION: The connector for the equipment is provided with a housing body 10, an equipment side housing part 12 to be housed in a connector installation hole, the reinforcing plate 30 having an aperture 31 for terminal fitting insertion, a flange part 11 in which the reinforcing plate 30 and the synthetic resin are insert molded, and a terminal fitting 15.
