PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary body capable of improving the durability. SOLUTION: A wheel 14 is rotatably attached to the bottom of a head of a vacuum cleaner, and is used in such a state as to rotate in contact with a floor surface according to the movement of the head. The wheel 14 includes a shaft member 20 and a cylindrical foam layer 21 disposed to cover the outer surface of the shaft member 20.
