PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room-temperature curing organopolysiloxane composition having a high curing rate, achieving excellent adhesiveness to an adherend having an active surface such as float glass, giving long-term adhesion reliability even in a sever environment such as immersion in hot water, and especially giving a cured product not greatly lowering its modulus after immersion in hot water. SOLUTION: The room-temperature curing organopolysiloxane composition comprises: (A) 100 pts.mass of a diorganopolysiloxane having a viscosity of 20-1,000,000 mPa s at 25°C and sealed with a hydroxysilyl group, an alkoxysilyl group or an alkoxyalkoxysilyl group at both terminals of the molecular chain; (B) 0.5-100 pts.mass of an organosiloxane compound having at least three or more alkoxysilylalkyl groups bonded to silicon atoms in one molecule; and (C) 0.001-20 pts.mass of a curing catalyst.
