The arrangement has a roof trim (12) held by a fastening element (24), which exerts clamping force on the roof trim by a spring element (30). The fastening element is held at a welding bolt (26) of a roof channel (14) by another spring element (38). The fastening element is adjustable in a vehicle longitudinal direction. The welding bolt exhibits a circumferentially running locking element (40), which stays in operative connection with the latter spring element. The former spring element includes a locking lug (32).
