METHOD FOR PRODUCING NON-AMINO ORGANIC ACID

A sucrose containing solution is heated so that the sucrose degradation rate after heating is 14% or less. The sucrose containing solution thus obtained is mixed with a reaction solution containing a nitrogen source and an inorganic salt. Then, the mixed solution thus obtained is allowed to act on microorganisms or a treated product thereof to produce and accumulate a non-amino organic acid. Finally, said non-amino organic acid is collected.
