PURPOSE: An arbiter device, a relay device, a source device, and a communication method of a destination device in a wireless network are provided to relay communication with the source device and the destination device through an optimized relay device which is selected by a beam forming result. CONSTITUTION: An arbiter unit(103) transmits a relay search response frame to a source unit(101). The source device performs beam forming in a link between the source device and a relay unit(105). The source device transmits the multi-relay channel measurement request frame to the relay device. The source device requests a resource for beam forming in the link between the source device and a destination unit(107). The arbiter device broadcasts information about a resource which is allocated to the link to the source device and the destination device.
