PURPOSE: An air-conditioner is provided to increase heating capacity by performing the continued heating operation of an inner heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: An air-conditioner comprises a compressor(2), an indoor heat exchanger(10), an outdoor heat exchanger(20), an outdoor fan, a cooling/heating switching valve, a first expanding tool(40), a CNT(Carbon Nano Tube) heater module(50), a second expanding tool(60), and a controller. The outdoor fan blows outside air to an outdoor heat exchanger. The first expanding tool is installed between the indoor heat exchanger and outdoor heat exchanger. The CNT heater module is installed between the outdoor heat exchanger and the cooling/heating switching valve and evaporates refrigerant. The second expanding tool is installed between the outdoor heat exchanger and CNT heater module.
