PURPOSE: A heat emitting structure using a downlight LED lighting device is provided to selectively couple a heat emitting member with a housing, thereby reducing the size and weight of a lighting device. CONSTITUTION: A housing(10) comprises a base plate and a support unit. A first heat emitting member(20) includes a first heat emitting plate and a plurality of first heat emitting fins. A first heat emitting plate is detachably coupled with one side of the upper surface of the housing. The first heat emitting fins are formed on the first heat emitting plate. A second heat emitting member(30) includes a second heat emitting plate and a plurality of second heat emitting fins. A second heat emitting plate is detachably coupled with the other side of the upper surface of the housing. The second heat emitting fins are formed on the first heat emitting plate.
