PURPOSE: A structure of a prefabricated lightweight panel is provided to prevent deformation due to external shock and improve the outer appearance due to uniform smoothness. CONSTITUTION: A structure of a prefabricated lightweight panel comprises a front panel(10), a rear panel(20), and a reinforcing material(30). The front panel has a lower stopping portion(11) and an upper stopping portion(12). The lower stopping portion has a lower stopping piece(111). The upper stopping portion has a stopping groove portion(121) and an upper stopping piece(122). The reinforcing material is interposed between the front panel and the rear panel. The reinforcing material is made of a honeycomb formed with multiple spaces(31).
