PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve luminous efficiency and reduce a manufacturing process by forming a switching transistor and a driving transistor with high driving performance through one polycrystalline silicon layer forming process. CONSTITUTION: A pixel displays a preset image. A data driver applies a data signal to the pixel through a data line(D1). A scan driver applies a scan signal to the pixel through a scan line. A switching transistor includes a first gate electrode(112), a first semiconductor layer(122), and a first source/drain electrode(151,153). A driving transistor includes a second semiconductor(127), a second gate electrode(167), and a second source/drain electrode(156,158).
