LEAD MEMBER, BATTERY DEIVCE HAVING THE LEAD MEMBER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE LEAD MEMBER

PURPOSE: A lead member is provided to ensure high reliability in which an insulating film is adhered to a lead conductor and to obtain a battery device having the lead member with high reliability without the leakage of an electrolyte medium. CONSTITUTION: A lead member(21) is such that a pair of insulating films(23) are attached to both sides of a lead conductor(22). The lead conductor includes metal materials with thickness of 0.1-1.5 mm. The insulating film comprises a crosslinkable layer(23a) and an adhesive layer. The adhesive layer uses polypropylene with a melt flow rate of 4-7 g/10 minutes as a base resin, wherein the thickness is 1/5-1/2 of the thickness of the lead conductor.
