The device has a receiving unit receiving parameters e.g. attitude of aircraft (10), arising from a rotary-wing aircraft. A controller delivers a temporal indicator indicating that predictive criterions are favorable or not favorable to landing of the rotary-wing aircraft, where the predictive criterions are attitude of the aircraft and a ship (11), intensity and direction of wind over a bridge of the ship and amplitude and speed of waves. A display ensures to represent the indicator in a state where the predictive criterions are favorable to landing of the aircraft.
