PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing mulberry fiber color is provided to ensure long-term preservation, cohesiveness, elasticity, and flexibility. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing mulberry fiber color comprises: a step of preparing fermented paste as a natural adhesive; a step of preparing natural mixture containing glue, seaweed solution, Cnidii Rhizoma liquid, and cypress oil for disinfection and health functionality; and a step of mixing the pulverized paper mulberry fiber, fermented natural adhesive, natural mixture and dye. The paste is prepared by grinding rice and boiling two or three times, fermenting for one month, and boiling and cooling again. |
