PURPOSE: A method for producing fruit beer using domestic agricultural products is provided to obtain fruit beer containing the function, flavor, taste, and color of fruits. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing fruit beer comprises: a step of adding malt, water, or hop and fermenting wort juice; a step of adding fruits, raw material, powder, and extract of herb bark; a step of boiling fruits, herb bark, juice, powder, and extract; a step of adding fruits, herb bark, and juice; a step of adding concentrate of fruit and medicinal materials and fermenting; and a step of maturing. The herbs are tangerine, raw ginseng, ginseng, ginseng Radix rubra, wood-cultivated ginseng, wild ginseng, Rubi Fructus, blueberry, prune, grapes, lycii Fructus, corni Fructus, watermelon, tomato, zingiberis Rhizoma crudus, strawberry arrowroot, and the nothing, citrus junos, pomegranate, pine needles, jujube, and glycyrrhizae radix.
