PURPOSE: A system and method for providing a service infrastructure are provided to supply to a service provider a service Infra structure which constitutes a virtual private network. CONSTITUTION: A service infra identifying unit(210) receives a construction request for a dedicated VPN(Virtual Private Network) from a service provider which provides an online service to a service user. The service infra identifying unit identifies a service infrastructure. In response to the construction request, a service infra providing unit(220) provides the service provider with an identified service infrastructure.
